I pleaded guilty disorderly conduct and avoided going to trial. Will that affect my job search and immigration status. I am a green card holder who will file for citizenship.

Disorderly conduct is a violation and not a crime. It should not have any effect. You should contact an immigration lawyer to make sure.

The only effect the conviction should have is on your immigration status. It will delay any granting of citizenship for five years.
