Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I pleaded guilty after filing a speedy trial motion because of statute 3288. I now believe I have grounds for a dismissal with prejudice. If I take back my plea, what happens with the speedy trial motion? I am currently awaiting sentencing. Thank you for your time.
