Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Police court athority
In 1992, I was sentenced in New York for reckless endangerment 2nd.I did not recieve a trial, just a hearing before the police court judge. She sentenced me to 3 years probation. I completed this sentence early with no problem. Does a police court judge have the athority to impose such a sentence?
I want to have this sentence removed from my FBI records. Can you help me? Are refer me to a Lawyer who can.
