third possesion charge of marijuana

i was caught for marijuana about a year ago i was put on acod and it was almost up untill about a month ago i got caught again and got a summons for that one now today i got caught again for the same thing they were all for article 221 what do u think will happen if i have a lawyer

You should be able to negotiate a favorable plea agreement, especially if you show the court you are in some kind of treatment or therapy.

You may be able to still allow the first charges to ACD out, and be dismissed and depending on the facts of the case either negotiate a plea which involves no jail time, or attempt to get the case dismissed.
