possesion of knife in public

I have court ticket with admin code 10-133c. knife was under 4'' and was not in plain view. do I need a lawyer$$ or can i resolve it myself?

This is an administrative violation but could have serious effects on your ability to get licensure, or even get into and stay in state supported education programs. Hence an attorney should be at your side to plea bargain adn maybe even go to trial.
