possesion of property
if person ''a'' lends a piece of personal property to person ''b,'' and person ''b'' gives it to person ''c'' does person ''a'' have any legal right to get the property back from person ''c'' or is person ''b'' legally liable to person ''a?''

Both "b" and "c" are responsible for the return of the property and both or either may be sued for its return or its value
