Possession Question
If someone were riding in the back seat of a car and the car was pulled over and a small amount of cocane was found in the car who can be charged if all three passengers denied ownership? All the passengers, just the driver or just the owner of the car?

Everyone in the car can be charged with constructive possession. The passengers may have a good motion to suppress. Contact my office for more information.
