Re: Possibility of relocation while on probation?
Your fiance should be able to relocate as long as she seeks permission from her probation officer and the other state accepts her. She would probably need to marry you or have a job waiting for her in the new state.
Re: Possibility of relocation while on probation?
Based upon your brief question, it would appear
that you have an excellent chance of having
your probation transferred. This is clearly
permitted under the statute, but is still
within the discretion of the Court, who
can overrule the Probation Department.
This assumes there are no aggravating circumstances
and that there is not a history of abuse of
probation
I have had a great deal of succes in this
area and would be happy to act as your
counsel in such endeavor.
