Post Release Supervision
i am a parolee from New York serving a term of five years of Post Release Supervision my question is doesn't Post Release Supervision mean that the judge is really sentencing you to a concurrent sentence for one crime?

Not necessarily, according to the sentencing guideline legislation. Discuss this with your original trial attorney.
