Illegal practice of denstistry is an State violation of law or a Federal case?

Posession of controlled substance in this case anestesia it's a felony also?

Illegal practice by itself is a state issue. Possession of controlled subst. may be state or federal depending on many things. Feel free to call to discuss.

It is a state crime.

Possession is a third degree crime punishable by 3 to 5 yrs in state prison.
