Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
im on probation for falsifying business documents and petit larceny in ny.. i have been charged with same things from previous employer for swiping my pay card that they issued to us and deposited our checks onto and giving myself tips i guess they lost some money but i dont see the criminal charges in this? do i have a shot to beat it and how much time am i looking at if i dint?

First off, this could violate your probation and that could create some jail time. Giving yourself someone else's money is theft, which is the criminal charge that will probably result. You need to get yourself a criminal defense attorney right away to straighten this out as well as can be.
