Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Can someone on probation live under the same house hold as someone on parole? It is a legal two family home, with the parolee living in the apartment and the person on probation potentially living in the second and main residence. I need to know if this will be a legally acceptable living arrangement. Thank you.

I don't see why not as long as this is a legal two family and the parties actually live in separate units and it's not a trick to get around parole and probation rules.
