Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I am currently on probation, and i am serving 4 months of intermittent incarcaration. I missed one weekend due to an illness. I am currently looking at a delinquency hearing, and i have an excuse. what do i expect?

If you can show documentation from a doctor or hospital that you were unable to appear due to your illness you should be okay and the judge should extend your sentence by the missed session.
