Re: probation violation

There's really only one thing I can advise, get a good lawyer. If you

Had one the first time you would have been informed that you could petition

to be released from probation after 18 months, and you would not be facing

the extra charges now.

Re: probation violation

Mr. Gonzalez gave you good advice. You should always have a lawyer on call to advise you - especially when you are under the thumb of the law.

Your probation officer probably already knows about your arrest. I always tell my clients to come forward first and be truthful. It will be very much appreciated by the probation officer.

You should then retain a lawyer to help you in the underlying criminal action, and the expected probation violation.

If you would like to retain the services of this office please feel free to contact me.
