Re: public urination

The fines for public urination usually run somewhere from $50 up to $250 and you can face up to ten days jail. However, if your husband is charged with other offenses such as public lewdness then the situation is much more serious. Please feel free to contact my office if we may be of any assistance.

Re: public urination

The charge is a misdemeanor which can have jail time ,but that is not likely. I handle these cases on a daily basis.Your husband may have a medical defense in which case I can get the charges dismissed,if not I will plea bargain the charge to a violation with a fine. Additionally this will not give your husband a criminal record of any kind. Please call my office @7188340087 for a free phone consultation.
