Public urination in NY
I was caught public urinating. I wanted to know 1. how much the fine would be 2. is it true that you now have to register as a sex offender just because you were caught urinating. I also have another problem..About 3 years and 3 months ago i was at a high school party, and was caught public urinating in a corner far from the publics eye. Would that make things a lot worse?
