Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I got pulled over a police office found drugs In my car then gave me a ticket for something other then the drugs then let me go can I be charged with the drugs in the future

If you were not charged with possession or intent to distribute, it may be that there were too few drugs to worry about. However, when you go to court on the other charge, you will want to have an attorney with you as this can still be brought up at that time.
