Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

so i got pulled over in the state of new york and they found a gram of weed twisted up. its my first offense. can someone help me and tell me whats probably going to happen? am i going to have to pay a fine or will i get my licenses takin?

you will either get an ACOD which means you get off with a warning and no fine. If you stay out of trouble for one year the record is wiped clean. At worst this offense carries a $100 fine and no loss of license.
