Question about an old arrest

10 yrs. ago, I was working in NYC at a topless bar. There was prostitution going on in the champagne room that I never participated in or was aware of. In this private room a cop flashed his badge at the girl & cops rushed in. Every dancer who could not produce ID was arrested along with the manager and the girl who was privately with the cop. I didn't have ID on me and was scared, so made up a fake name/social/ address (bad idea). I was arrested, fingerprinted and spent 30hrs in the courthouse jail. Found out that the charge against me was prostitution. To my court appointed lawyer I explained that I wanted to plead innocent, but the lawyer said I'd be sent back to jail, so I pled guilty. Judge said he'd only convict me of trespass, which was a violation. Condition was that I attend an 'HIV education' class, if I failed to appear, charge would be raised back to prostitution & I'd have to come before the judge again.

Problem was that I'd have to show ID at this class; I didn't want a record and didn't show up for the class.

10 yrs later, living in Idaho, I'm married, never committed a crime or recv'd a traffic ticket. Anyone know the likelihood of this showing up on an FBI check for a substitute teaching position?

If they are checking your fingerprints during this FBI check then there is a strong possibility that this old case along with the alias you used will show up on your record. There is also a possibility that there is a warrant for your arrest for failing to attend the program, although I would need additional information.
