You're asking somplicated questions, you should IMMEDIATELY hire an attorney to assist you with your case...

Doc # = DOcket Number for your case

Article 240 - a list of law ruling everything from disorderl conduct to drug possession and harassment and assault... all depends on what the number behind the 240 is - such as 240.20 for example (the .20 is what tells you exactly which crime it is being charged here).

A misdemeanor, if you plead out to it may be conditionally discharged meaning ater one year it is erased from your record - or if you have a good attorney you may not have to plead to the misdemeanor.
