An arraignment means that the charges will be presented against you. You will enter a plea of guilty or not guilty and bail or release without bail will be effectuated. It is not likely unless the crime is extremely serious and/or you are a flight risk that you will be jailed that day. You may contact my office @ 718-834-0087 FOR A PHONE CONSULTATION.
