Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Please help me with his question.
I got a summon in a park after 9 pm and then I went to the court and judge found me guilty, I also paid the summon. The question is I went to the criminal court and while I am gulity is this going to be on my criminal record or just a violation? Please help me out from this frustration

It depends what you pled guilty to. Based on the information you provided above, it seems that you were charged with P.L. 140.05, which is a trespass violation. If you pled guilty to that, then the answer is no, it will not remain on your criminal record, because it is not a crime, it's a violation.
