Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Questioning

I have been contacted by a detective for questioning on a matter related to my dismissal from my last employment. Should I have a lawyer present or should I plead the 5th?

Re: Questioning

Talk to the detective at your own risk. If you know what's good for you, have your attorney handle this stage. If they want to arrest you, they will - no matter what is being said, but it's important for you not to incriminate yourself and any information you submit is evidence.
