Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
raped when i was 4 years old.
I was raped when i was 4 years old, my mom could'nt press charges because she is mentally handicaped,we moved from ny where it happend and now that im 23 I found the man that did that to me, is it possible to have him arrested for that crime?He is still living in NY.

Report the crime to the proper athorities. They are the ones you need to talk to. Call the PD in the area where this happened.
