I practice in Connecticut. I cannot tell if you were arrested in Conn. or NY. Either way, I believe that you must hire an attorney to insure your rights are protected. If you got arrested in CT, and you want to retain me, give me a call at:

Good Luck

Do you have an attorney? You will have the opportunity to attack the confession at a Huntley hearing.
