what reasons/redemption are there to lay charges?
a guy the works for a security company my
company employs,snapped and i felt my
life was in danger.what legal preceding
options don i have? and what's the reason
for laying charges? and how will it affect
my job?

you would have to define snapped, if he physically touched you or intimidated you then you could potentially file harassment or assault charges. you may also potentially have a suit against the company that employs him.
