Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

i received a disorderly conduct 240.20 sub-division 2. I was in my apartment and my neighbor said Imy music was too loud at 6:30 pm in the town of Endicott, New York.. Can u please tell me what to expect when I go to court. Will I have to do any jail time, should I plead guilty, will I receive community service. I have never been to court before so I am terrified as to what to expect.. Thank you....

It is very unlikely that you would go to jail for this, at the very most you might get a fine. You should be represented by an attorney who can help you understand the consequences of pleading one way or another.
