Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I recently got an appearance for public urination. On the ticket it says the charge is "Offensive Condition". The undercover cops who issued the ticket have been known to stretch the law in this area.
My question is, should I be worried about being charged for a worse offense such as a sex crime / indecent exposure?
