Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

I recently got a citation for disorderly conduct in New York City, S 240.20. I do not have any records, and this would be my first. Is there any advice on best approach to resolving this matter?

Also, what do I need to do to get this resolved in the best way possible?

Thank you.

Joe

Retaining an experienced attorney would provide the best chance of reducing the charges or perhaps getting them dismissed.

We have substantial experience handling these types of cases, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. You are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.
