Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I am a recently convicted felon as of Nov. 2010 in New York. I was granted a Certificate of Relief and was wondering how this can help me finding employment.

Some occupation which require a State license bar people from obtaining the necessary license. All the Certificate of Relief does is remove that bar. It will not help you get a job.
