Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Hi, I recently was issued a summons for urinating on the subway tracks while waiting for the subway in Manhattan. I was intoxicated at the moment and remember getting cuffed. What will most likely be the outcome of this in court? If I plead guilty, will it show up in my record? Will I need a lawyer?

Seek advice of counsel because given that you were handcuffed perhaps there are more serious charges pending.
