Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I recently made an agreement with the DA, in Rochester NY, to pay for damages I caused in a altercation with some guy. In return he is going to drop a criminal charge that I am facing. I am happy to give the guy the money but I want to have him and I sign some sort of document and have itt noterized. My question is, should I title the document and is there a specific way I should word/write it?

I would not make any agreement nor sign documents, nor pay restitution unless I retained a competent criminal defense attorney to protect my interests. You have no leverage nor are your rights protected unless you have an attorney to represent your interests.
