Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Hi i was recently ticketed with unlawful possession of alcohol. I was wondering if this was an offense that would appear on my criminal record. Thanks for your time.

It depends on how you were charged. The short answer usually is if you were not fingerprinted it will not appear on a "rap sheet".
