Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I recently got in trouble at my job for using a coupon employees are not allowed to and I also took 3 items from the store home with me worth about $60 total? I got served a 140.05 summons what do I do?

Did you get serverd a PL 140.05 summons which is a trespass charge or a CPL 140.05 summons which is an arrest w/out warrant notification. Either way you should contact an attorney. Please feel free to call the office if you wish.
