will a bench warrent issued in ny for faliure to appear to court for petty larceny show up in north carolina. if so, will the police expedite the offender back to new york for a low grade mistameanor?

generally warrants do show up in courts out of state, however also gnerally where the crime is minimal or there can be a good excuse posed in front of the judge they will simply tell youabout the warrant and let you know it's something you should take care of that is on your record.
