Refusing to Aid Peace/Police Officer
I was charged with Refusing to Aid Peace/Police Officer. Its a B misdeminor and I have an apearance tomorrow. I was wondering what wording I use to the DA to ask to have it plead to a Violation instead of a criminal offense.
