Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
SO Registry
in about 8 months my husband will be up for parole. He has served 19 yrs of a 8-life bid to charges of murder, sex assult, rap, robbery. At the time of the crime we was only 15 yrs old. When he makes the board will he still be required to register on the sex offender registry despite the fact that he was only 15 yrs old at the time. He is not a repeat offender. Is there something that we can?
