how to report prostitute who is on green card and an immigrant
Would she be deported if convicted ?

My first question is why you want to report her? If your motivations are less than pure you could be opening yourself up to more problems than your're making for this person. If a green card holder is convicted of a crime, he/she may might be deported. My guess is that if you report this person, nothing will happen. If she is arrested, a plea bargain will probably be arranged so that a non deportable criminal record results.
