Reporting Sexual Abuse
What are the rules under which a church must report sexual abuse? Is a simple allegation sufficient? If so, must the alleging family give their consent?

The laws requiring reporting sexual abuse are new and I am not familiar with them. Please call your county district attorney office and they have a department set up for these questions.
