Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

requesting a conditional

plead guilty 1/22/2005 to a dwi felony. 5yrs probation, revocation of license, and treatment. Almost done with outpatient treatment. One class left for the mandatory dmv class to receive ''green'' card. Need conditional for my job due to financial hardship without it. I did refuse breathalizer but dmv sent me permission to take their class. Probation is stating I cannot apply for 2 years.

You can apply, Probation just won't let you. Have your lawyer petition the court for permission. You may get it. Hire a lawyer and you will increase your chances.
