rescheduling court dates
Is it possible to reschedule court dates or assigned treatment program dates. If so How?

Criminal courts normally bend over backwards
to permit treatment, and simply asking the
court when it schedules the dates suffices
There, of course, are many exceptions, depending
upon the nature of the case, and the purpose
of the proceedings, and the prior notice, etc
This is something your attorney should be
aware of and should be handling. If you
perchance are attempting to represent yourself
in a criminal proceeding which requires
treatment and do not have an attorney, then
you are being extremely foolish
