Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I want to get a restraining order dropped that the judge issued for 3 years and I didn't consent for a extension.

If the judge issued this as a three year restraining order as a court order than it stands. If you were the person asking for the restraining order and circumstances have changed you can ask for a hearing to have it vacated. You do need to speak with an attorney this time and don't go into to court alone.
