Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
revoked liscence
I have a friend who recieved a letter in the mail from DMV and stated that his liscence was going to revoked in three weeks due to a misdemenor of reckless driving and 7 points on his liscence.
He is a temporary resident of Canada where his family resides. He works to support his family and drives to and from the U.S to see his family.
Is there anything he can do to have a temporary lisence to drive to and from work and to visit his family??????
Also is there a state that he may drive in......in the worst case scenario that he and his family would have to relocate to another state or country? Would he be allowed to drive in Canada?
Can someone help??????
Thank you for your time!
