what is the sentence for a person charge with robbery 1 and facing a 2nd time burgluary3rd charge and this is not the first time this person has been arrested

It is not the charges that determine the sentence, it is the conviction. Admittedly, the charges are much less likely to be significantly reduced in a plea bargain the second time, but there will be some flexibility.
It is best to discuss this with your lawyer directly because the 'sentencing recommendation' of the DA and the 'probation report' will be very influential in determining the actual sentence.
