My nephew is 19 and was arrested for Robbery in the 2nd and assault in the 3rd. He apparently robbed a customer at a store and when the clerk tried to stop him he hit the clerk. He has been arrested before for drinking in public and smoking pot. Could you please tell me what kind of time he is looking at??

Re: Robbery
This is a serious charge, and due to some record the DA will not
Likely start with low offers... He may be facing up to one year but
The likelihood is the offer will originally be even less than that
Unless they're charging the assault as well.
I would suggest hiring an attorney if possible. You can reach us at
