robbery in 3rd degree more info.
If someone who charges you with a felony lied to the police about being in the military and what happened. How can this be used in the accussed favor? The felony charge is grabing a cell phone. The accusser has signed a statement to drop the charges the next day.

Such a violation, if it can be established, will go to the individual's reputation for truth and veracity. If you can show a jury he has lied under oath before, they will have reason to believe he is doing it again here. In the hands of a good trial lawyer such evidence can be devastating.
