I have bad news, New York State does not have a sealing statute. You can not seal, erase or remove the history on your criminal record.
There is one thing that you can do that might help. A certificate of release from civil disabilities might help you get certain jobs.
If you would like to discuss this or any other issue, you can contact my office at 516.746.4747 or [email protected].
