how to seal records on my rap sheet, that will enable me to become employed

That is a very simple and complicated question. First, New York State will only allow the sealing of a very few convictions from the Rockefeller Drug laws and there are specific requirements that must have been fulfilled for this to take place. Other than these specific laws, New York State does not have any provision to seal convictions.
