sell charge

i have a voilation in another state is there any way i could take care of it without jail time or returning back to that state

Yes, it's possible--depending on the specific facts involved with your "violation." Contact a defense lawyer in that state and ask about pleading in absentia.

Youre not giving very much information to go on here... There are many factors that this ma depend on... but the advice you received before is your best bet... contacting an attorney in that state, and going from there...
