What if you sell drugs to a person. And a undercover. Dea agent was present but you didn't. Sell to agent himself you sold to the other person no money was exchanged by the agent

Does not matter who you sell to. The agent can testify that a transaction for the sale of an illegal substance was witnessed by him.
